Built from a resized shipping container, it features steel framing, extensive spray foam and batt insulation, and baseboard heaters for climate control. The full washroom includes a macerating toilet, shower, sink, and a self-contained water system with a hot water heater. Interiors are finished with drywall and Tarkett flooring. The unit is equipped with a 100amp 240V electrical panel, LED lighting, and is electrically inspected to CSA SPE-1000-13 standards.
